What would be obvious signs for PIP? I have all good feedbacks but they didn't ask any achievement past year. Can they initiate with good feedbacks too? (13 months in accenture)

They have pressure from leadership. What I know, leadership asked for at least 8 PIP candidates from each project, in our project they asked for 4 candidates for PIP. To give PIP they need some reason and negative feedback will work as some reason.
