Trending @Accenture; Negative Feedback for L9 means pip?

I see they are giving entire feedback in negative side and not even a single line is positive, so are they planning to give pip? If they give pip what is the process ?

I also got it randomly bad feedback on email. But I'm on notice period already. Only 3 weeks left they are kind of mentally harassing people. Just want to know, IS THIS ANYWAY GOING TO IMPACT MY FNF??? OR EXPERIENCE LETTER

PIP can be termed as silent layoff. They will ask you to complete some tasks in a span of 3-4 weeks ,but most cases it would be very difficult to complete,if you fail then they may ask you to either resign or they may terminate in case you dont

I got candidate for evaluation for PIP, she got released in 15 days as she asked for early release in an email to HR. They approved to release in 7 days.
