I got rolled off from a support project after doing so many request to my manager
Today I got feedback for 2025 That is completely negative , pointed me for so many unnecessary things including not attending calls (which i never missed to attend)
Will it affect my upcoming projects too ? I am on bench now This is how they treat if you ask for roll off
Someone please help! What to do in this case ?
Your next project lead will definitely look into these review, however they will not make any conclusive decision by looking at these reviews. They will interview you on the need , if you can crack the interview you are IN

You asked for feedback or it is default that your previous people lead will give you once you released from a project? I also asked for roll off and on bench currently. Is it mandatory to have prev project p.l feedback?
Whom we selected as priority reviewer (PL) in sept will be the ones to give feedback.

These are the tactics of Accenture They targeted you bro this is not to make you tense but the truth is if they give you -ve feedback in workday.
Then the next step is you will get a call from HR-PA saying warning call.
And after 2 weeks you will get another call from HR or Project managers saying meeting for business meet and
They will put you in PIP. But try to be confident and say them you are not wrong and be strong..
