My Back on track might close as negative. Will they ask to resign and how many month severance pay will I get. And will I get a relieving letter and experience letter or not?

2 months pay ,one month notice,nothing will be mentioned on the work ex letter

Before they tell you to resign, you resign on your own.. You will get to serve 3 months np, pay for 3 months and ample amount of time to look for job outside..
