Neend App
I'm not able to have an easy sleep since some years due to unconfirmed reasons, today I installed "neend" app after checking a tweet. Is it really useful? Is it worth to buy their 1 year premium plan?

Alternative : Discipline and 1 hour physical activity.

+1. Workout definitely helps.
Add- limit screentime before bed and have dinner at least 2-3 hrs before sleeping. Works like a charm. Keep a physical book (some light read) by your bedside. Few pages in, you'll be sleepy like a baby.

This worked for me - Chamomile (babune) tea for 30-60 days to enrich sleep quality and using melatonin capsules sparingly if you have troubles to go to sleep.

One rule in Indian startups: if the founder previously worked at a vc firm , more chances that the product would be useless and overhyped. Numerous examples - front row is the most prominent one that comes to mind

Beware of generalizations. That's how you end up with only IIT/IIMs raising money.

In this case, the generalization stem from logic. Suppose you are working at a vc firm, and you want to start something. Your current/past firm had to invest in you otherwise it is a bad signal for others. “Your employers who are in the business of investing in people didn’t invest in you, so we can’t either.” They also help create the thesis at these firms, so kind of know what the partners need to hear. The funding is rarely based on their skillset or even market and more to do with where they worked. Then once invented, they will be promoted incessantly and plugged in everywhere
It’s a good heuristic to be skeptical about these things. If one of them makes it, great, but more often than not, they are poised to have a lot of fluff and no substance.

Get your magnesium blood work done. 99% of people are deficient. If so supplement with Magnesium Glycinate before sleep, it helps you calm down for better sleep and recovery.
PS: Consult your doctor for dosage and allergies.

If you are after sound sleep, instead of buying an app which may or may not work, maybe you can buy Melatonin gummies (tablets). 600 rs for 60 tabs which will definitely work

Alternative : physical activity, chamomile tea, cashews, ghee , milk (A2), Paneer , banana , kiwi , pineapple , all so enriching to assist you for better sleep !

I've recently installed f.lux on my laptop. It changes the tone of the screen (warm/cold) depending on the time of the day. It's free and opensource.
