Needs Salary negotiation advice
Hi guys I have cleared 2 technical round of cognizant and I have my final HR round face to face on tomorrow i.e. Monday
So currently I am having 9lpa ctc with 10% variable in it
So how much should I quote or ask in cognizant hr round I am having total 4.5 years of experience at present

Ask budget...start with 18-19.. tell them what extra you bring with what they demand.
