I am expecting a promotion in Q1 but my utilisation dropped suddenly. I was tagged to new project on 1 st Feb till then my utilisation is 98% but after 1st Feb I was tagged to new project on same account and my utilisation dropped to 48%. Does this affect my promotion?
Yes , did you filled the timesheet under non billable many times ? In previous project for any no work time period those may be counted
No, I have submitted all my timesheet in bilable, from doj, I have submitted my timesheet in bilable. For all my teammates we got new project and for all the utilisation turns to red

Once mail received from them with details forward it to PM
I have the same doubt i recently got into an internal project as no billability my utilization has come to 23% but during my previous project I had 91% .next month I will complete my 30 months period. did the utilization affect my promotion.?
