
Needs advice about work.
I joined the company a few months back as a support Engineer. In the name of training, they have asked to view some videos which were done. From a few days they started assigning cases which were related to production, the issues were not mostly related to the videos that we watched. I hardly getting any support as others are busy with their own cases. I don't know what to do on the cases. My manager is back of me to update cases. My manager says come to me if you have any thing or others are not responding. My manager says this is not school to spoon feed everything. How can I get out of this situation. I came from another city to BLR. I'm unable to mingle with my colleagues as well. My manager and colleagues make fun of me that he doesn't talk at all. How do I improve in terms of work and mingle with colleagues.. 😭😭

Go step by step, do your homework first, then validate your solutions with colleagues or your manager, being humble. Offer support, appreciation, and small gestures like snacks. Laugh along with jokes unless they're abusive. After a few months, you'll be able to work independently. 🤝📚😊 #Teamwork #Support #Learning #Growth
