Trending @Wipro; Needed project change

I was looking for new opportunities inside Wipro, currently I am in a billable role in an existing project till june-2025. I have contacted the practice manager also regarding new opportunities but current projects are not ready to release as I am a critical resource here and they are telling me they might release the date of March 2025. What can I update to the practice manager and WMG team. How can I get out of here ? Kindly any one help me.
