Needed help on how to approach GS interviews again

Had interviewed at GS, interview process started in Nov went till January.

After all the rounds got ghosted and recruiter stopped responding asked them over mail and got the 'Thank for interviewing with us' mail. Felt bad shite happens : /.

Now again the recruitment team has approached with multiple positions.

Of course I will take the test but not sure whether I should mention that I had went through all the rounds already and did not get the offer. I got the job invitation from the same email so clearly they have not blacklisted me and cool down is applicable as well

What shall i do?
