Needed Company review along with other factors

I have received two offers Deloitte (USI) 16.5 CTC Hyderabad Thoughtworks 15 CTC pune Location wise I am more comfortable with pune However I heard Thoughtworks is not doing as great as it earlier was? Is it true can anyone working there confirm? Deloitte is offering one time relocation assistance and bonuses and all as well. Whereas Thoughtworks doesn't. Please suggest I am really confused Yoe 3years.
