Is it good if I switch in 2yr, because I am feeling that my learning is stagnant and I have learned whatever I can learn? Or should I wait for 3yr and then switch??

Hey guys,

I am working in a support role for test environment mangaing role a little devops things we do rest everything is support for 1 year 6 months, but i want to go as developer, any guide me how can switch as java backend developer. In java and spring boot i was learned and done some projects restful apis and i was competed upto spring security and learned docker as well. Started learning microservices now and i will learn jenkins also.

Do i get a job with 2 years of experience?

I want career guidance.
