I recently got Shadow Hardlock into a project and I'm not feeling like I could contribute it to. I want to roll off from project and my Shadow Hardlock period will over on 10 June.

What should I do? can someone advice me .

I was in similar cross waters a couple of months ago. I wrote several emails to both project leads, including HRs to remove Shadow hardlock, but it didn't work.

I got a remark from leadership stating I must work at least 1 year since SHL is done already.

It won't be wrong to say We have an unprincipled & stubborn management!
