Need your valuable advice. Should I stay in sap basis support or resign again with no offer.

I resigned from tcs last november with no offer because I didn't want to work in sap basis support, I have already spent 3 years in this support project. But I was retained on the promise of getting a development project., I accepted it as I have no hands-on experience to show for development so thought getting some experience would be good, but now agter my release, RMG is forcing(literally dhamki) me to join sap basis again stating that I won't get a project according to my aspirations. In these 3 years I have made projects and upskilled myself in the javascript stack. I have tried looking outside aswell but didn't get much calls due to 90 days notice period. I seriously don't want to work in sap basis. I am a IIIT(new) CSE graduate, always wanted to work in software development. I am tired of dancing for this company. Should I resign again(I am unallocated so might get early release) and start looking for frontend/fullstack roles or should I accept my fate and stay in sap basis for few more months and keep applying(with 90days np) with the hope of making out of this company one day.
