About me:

• 9+ years in Azure Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE
• Based in Bengaluru
• Family: Wife, 4-month-old son, 3-year-old daughter, and mother-in-law

My options:

• HCL Technologies: Cloud SME, ₹29 LPA, Noida, Hybrid (12 days WFO) - Offer Released
• Zensar Technologies: SRE / DevOps Engineer, ₹30 LPA, Likely Bengaluru, Hybrid (2–3 days WFO) - Offer pending
• Odessa (Product-based): Azure Cloud Lead, ₹22 LPA, Bengaluru, 5 days WFO - Offer pending

I'm juggling long-term tech growth (SRE/DevOps), WLB, relocation, and family needs, plus role stability.

Which would you pick and why? Any insights on Zensar's culture or HCL's SME role are super welcome. Thanks!
