I have joined accenture in Aug 2023 in i have received multiple awards like ace , tech star and really have a good reputation with senior managers and leads . Currently at CL12 with a monthly salary of 31k can i expect a promotion this cycle ? If not should i search for a new job kindly help with this decision

Well my reportee got none at your level, but then he has none of what you've. I'd expect max nomjnal hike given all this, and you overdeserve then and not this peanuts, pls when you're so much skilled, don't waste a second more of your career here.
