Evening guys!!

I have around 5.6 years of experience as a Java developer. I'm planning to switch to a product based company in the future.

My question is , is it possible to switch to a tier 1 company from a tier 3 company with 6+ years of experience?

It's my dream to work in a tier 1 company, of course for a better pay 🫣.
