Need your suggestion on appraisal
Hi All,
I have a clarification regarding the appraisal process.
I moved to a new project around 4 months ago. My goals in SPEED were set while I was in my previous project, and after moving, my manager, reviewer, and HR I have changed.
Could you please confirm who will provide my performance rating—the previous project manager or the current project manager?
If the rating will be given by my current manager, please let me know whether I should set new goals in SPEED for the current project.

Goals will be set by your current manager. Rating will be given by both the account but band will be given by the current account if it has been more than 6 months in the current account
you can raise two PE, one for your last manager where they provdie comments and ipf.. second for current proj where you current management give you score
Rating will comes from your current unit only
