Need your suggestion in offer evaluation!

I am holding offer from CTS-15 hometown, capgmni- 16.5 lpa(pune). No jb, relocation is there. In fixed part only 1.5 is difference there. Need suggestions like if I try to relocate to Pune I need to live near Hinjewadi,overall how much it will cost me there just on food,rent(pg) near Hinjewadi, commute to office there. I want to also know how is the elb ,wfo rto there in both the companies, if you have any info please provide yous info/suggestion.Thanks in advance. Above points/part I included to get things clear idea on money side how much it will cost me & wfo,elb,WFH wise. Actually never worked outside my hometown so want to get outside,want to experience things there want to grow professionally & personaly too. So. need your advice.TIA
