Need your suggestion for the switch

I have been applying to multiple MNC companies for many days. I have updated my resume almost daily and keep updating my resume based on daily suggestions I am receiving from online. Most of the time I am not even receiving any calls. If received any they are just telling me to reach out if my resume is shortlisted. I am not sure what is the best approach for the switch to any MNC.
