Trending @HCL; Need your suggestion
In my time sheet I submitted my time sheet entries.but my manager is not (almost one month)approved yet . Does this create any problem or do I need to express my manager to approve it..
It won't create any problem. He will have to approve. At the max he refer back which gives you the opportunity to fill it again. Just relax, nothing is gonna happen. Most of the managers in HCL are non sense people, with zero technical knowledge. They have become managers just because of their age and of being in HCL for a very long time, which they label it as loyalty.
You fill your timesheet daily and save it. Submit once every week. And then chill. Not filling is the problem as it's your action to perform.
He has to approve that he won't be able to save his own timesheet
Hope it will auto approve after some days, need to be worried untill it is not approved
Just escalate this to HR if he doesn't respond.
Sounds like mental abuse. Does he have any reasons to do that? It takes only few minutes to approve
