Trending @Cognizant; Need your opinion on the switch

Hey guys I need ur opinion about switching company. So recently I got an offer from well known company with almost role matching Sr. associate designation in CTS, but the only drawback is they are offering me very less hike(almost 30%). I am a PA in my project and will be eligible for associate promotion in Q2 2025. Unfortunately the new salary offered will be almost equal to associate promotion in CTS. Kindly let me know ur inputs whether I should switch or stay back in CTS!!

If you are so sure about your promotion then wait for it otherwise go for the other options (always)

If the company and the role description excites you and if you get to learn more in the new company, then go for it. If not hold for 3 more months and after promotion, apply for jobs after 6 months.
