Need your opinion
I have two offers. One is from an Indian startup (working for a US client) which is full-remote and another is from top fintech MNC (extremely good brand name) which operates from Gurgaon (Hybrid model).
Currently I am staying in Bangalore. Overall CTC is same for both the companies. For remote job, its complete fixed while for MNC it contains 10% variable. I have total 6 years of experience out of which 2 years post MBA experience. I have good brand names in my resume.
I need suggestions on will it be worth to move from Bangalore to Gurgaon for a good brand name or should I go for remote with good learnings and flexibility.
Will you be able to tolerate the air pollution in Gurugram during the winters? 🫢

I would choose MNC + work from the office.
The way I see it you chose to label the MNC as extremely good and not just good. So that would definitely imply a huge margin. Make the move to Gurgaon, at 6 years of work exp you are at a position where you have to start thinking higher in terms of leadership and management. And that best comes from being close to the people you work with in office, especially if it's an extremely good brand ne
I recently left a similar remote job for a good brand name. Very critical to get that as early in the career, along with making rapport and networks
