Guyz, I am working for accenture for almost 2.5year, My client is Google.

I did all my hard work with all the dedication I had, but I didn't got any promotion yet currently I am carrer 11, Packed App Development Analyst.

I am good At Omnistudio, CPQ, OM and EPC My current CTC is 11lakh.

Should I try for new job or should wait for december promotion lifecycle ?

Please help me I am very nervous and having so much responsibility on my shoulder,
