Trending @Accenture; Need your help/assistance😭. If an ASE refuses a project does it lead to separation from the Accenture?

Hiiii all, I am a fresher, and got a project call on teams. He described the project but did not say that I should attend the office for all the 5 days and hard locked me. After a month, he asked to work for another role which is a physical lab work and I must attend the office for 5 days. I said no because, it is lab work and 5 days to the office and I don't see my career growth in that. After saying no they tried to convince me so much in calls and scheduling meets. But I always said no, after all these a hr entered and said that as an ASE it is not your choice to choose your project and if you are not taking up this project you will be terminated from the Accenture. Again I said no and said my reasons to her. She said to write an email to her and I wrote all the stuff that happened to me from the project call and till the hr conversation. After 2 days, she called me again to convince me, again I said no and after an hour I got a redundancy letter that you have 1 day of time with you. If you accept the project in the time given for you, you will be continued with Accenture or else you will be separated from the accenture.

IS THIS THE STANDARD PROCESS OF ACCENTURE?
