Trending @Cognizant; Need your help, valuable suggestions and support

Hello Grapeviners, I am writing this post after getting fed up with my current project. Having 14+ years of experience in testing, (Most experience falls into automation) so far for the tenure I have done much coding. For my experience in IT industry, even for a short period of 1 week or 2 weeks I haven't been to onsite. In short, before a decade, I applied for passport, it got expired without making use of it. I understood that in my current project there are no opportunities for onsite. Once I am done with my coding task, again 🤌 I am getting something related to coding. Having informed my RM that, I have done with my "Certified Scrum Master" certification recently , I don't see any difference.

What I expect out of this post: Trespassing all the betrayals from my circle, colleagues , I am genuinely believing that you Grapeviners shall help me taking a decision whether to continue with this project or come outside of this project and explore other internal opportunities inside CTS that makes me a scrum master. I am keen on knowing whether there are plenty opportunities inside CTS related to Scrum Master. I wish to enhance into other side of Software industry.
