If things don’t improve in 6–12 months, consider exploring external options.

Bro you're an innovator. You must be definitely tagged with a dev role😳. I'm ninja by the way in the same boat as you. Atleast you can resign without any issues of bond. I think you are capable of even grabbing offers outside since you have already cracked innovator

I am also facing same issue. They have forcefully pushed me in support project.

Here’s what I did :

Try to get release in any way Go to Bench Update skillset with RMG Reject roles not matching your role Max in 3 months, you’ll get a interested project if you pass the interview round( atleast for digital)

What!! Innovator guys with 11 lpa package are being put into support role🥲
