Trending @Accenture; Need your guidance

Hi everyone, I am fresher joined Accenture on January 2nd as ase this year and have been on the bench since April 9th. Unfortunately, I haven’t been getting any project calls.

Could you please guide me on how I can increase my chances of getting allocated to a project internally? Or do you think it’s better to start looking outside?

For external opportunities, what kind of companies should I target? I have experience in both frontend and backend development and would really appreciate any advice or suggestions from you all.
