Your success in the interview at the current stage of your journey depends on your DSA skills, your HLD (for high paying as you desire), some basic LLD and good projects. (The projects is how you show you have the skills mentioned above)

It's easier to stick to a single language for DSA + projects, you can also do both differently if you're ready to take on the workload for it.

You need to be able to solve DSA in atleast one OOP based language (C++/Java/Python). The language for DSA doesn't necessarily need to be the same for the projects you have.

Java springboot is popular in general and everyone loves it, if you want to be a fullstack engineer with Java Springboot then choose Java for your DSA. (Check the job openings for your role and verify the skills you need) This is an evergreen position for India.

The collary is true for python, if you're a fullstack with Python, go with Python. As a fullstack engineer you'll be using the Flask/Django/FastAPI framework.

AI skills are a nice to have for most people, knowing AI as a general skill is good, you'll need to know python to do this. So you can be both python + Java, AI skills can also be done in Java but popularity lies with Python.

Future skills will include AI and Data skills and basic Cloud engineering skills. So you can choose the "Python only" route if you're hard pressed on time.

With enough time you can do all of this, if you're limited on time then choose a path accordingly

For the rest, all the best, you can do well.
