Need your advice on this ASAP!
Im back from my ML this march. As soon as i joined got selected in two projects. One was Wolters kulwers and other one was BoA . Somehow without prior info , boa team got allocation. And then had my client interview from boa and I deliberately didnt do well coz i had so many negative feedbacks of the project. Then they reduced my allocation.
Since i was mapped under BFSI , got another call from AAA project , technical person told the project is confirmed for me. But Manager or the team dint give a call back or mailed me regarding this. Went to supervisor two days after to find out, she told she ll send mail to the AAA team. Its been 3 days , still no information.
What should I do in this case ? Please advice
Okay, first things first! If you are allocated in the system, you won't receive any calls. Secondly, the AAA team won't be able to allocate you since you are already allocated. You would have to request the Boa team to remove your allocation and request the AAA team to future allocate you. That way, your deployment index won't be impacted. Actually, projects are suffering because of TCS internal processes.
If you don't have allocation keep attend interviews and other opportunities. If a project team want to hold you then they should give temporary allocation. If not you free to attend other project interviews
Am not getting project calls also, im tagged under bfsi unit.
