I would say go and join some proper PGP course based on your interest . Don’t rely on the YouTube for upskilling as you won’t be able to continue for longtime and will get distracted. Thoda paisa lagta h starting mai but it’s worth.

In 2019 my situation was as similar to you 3.36 LPA package with 3 yrs of experience in support project. Learnt nothing from it . On top of it I am a civil engineering graduate . But took a leap of faith and joined PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics. Took 1.5 years , but swich with 200% hike and then again with 80 % hike within 3 years .
