Need Work from home in TCS @pune

Hello All,

My daughter is 1.5 yr old, till now we have managed with some family support. But now onwards we have to manage her on our own so I need work from home so that we can hire care taker to take care of her. I discussed my case with regional HR he said i need to showcase some medical condition. But as per policy we have flexible work from home option in case of small child. Please suggest your ideas & opinions what to do
