Need Urgent suggestions

I am on bench and I sent resignation mail ,I asked for early release on medical grounds , but hr is asking me to serve 3 months or take LWP for 1 year.

How to get early release, I attached all certificates he asked, And i am not getting response from yesterday. How to get early release?

If you haven't told them anything, then rmg will have released you within a week. Now, do not initiate any conversation, just sit and take salary. They will release early.

Wait for few time and do not accept any project in your notice period. Someone who is smart in RMG will definitely give you early release. If you ask or force they will delay.
