Need urgent suggestion

I guys ,

I have received call from RMG and they have scheduled my meeting with HRs on Monday. Nd I'm damn sure they will ask me resign. Plz suggest me what demands I can put in front of them like how many days servence pay etc plz suggest.

And what if they denies to pay my demands ? They will terminate me ?

Ask for severance and NP amount. Not sure whether you will get NP amount or not because already on bench. They will offer you severance and career assistant.
