Trending @Accenture; Need Urgent Suggestion‼️

I’m currently serving notice period and holding a good offer from another company in which i need to join by June 6, 2025 but my actual last working day at Accenture is June 25, 2025. So, I requested my Manager & Sr Manager for shortfall NP and they have approved it as well but my HR PA is not accepting the shortfall NP and saying "Early release can’t be granted for such reason until unless if it’s a valid case such as Medical emergency or Higher studies or Govt job…"

And also my new employer already extended my joining date 2 times as requested and agreed for June 6, 2025 and also they mentioned "if i fail to join by that time, they have no other option other than dropping off my offer letter as client already escalated on this & won’t accept extension of joining date further…"

What shall i do now? As I don’t have any other offer also as a backup… 😑

You can inform your new employer that due to some critical dependency you are not able to join on this date plz extend this joining date

But my project team already mentioned no dependency from this resource and also approved for my early release through mail and the same i have already shared with new employer as a proof to kept my offer still on hold but HR PA is not accepting for early release !! 😒
