!!!!?’Need urgent help - which role should i go for

I have been offered two role in internal TCS project allocation.

1. Microstrategy Developer And 2) technical role on Dynamics 365 - customer insights tool.

I don’t have experience on any of these two but based on my prior experience these both accounts are ready to provide role. Can anyone help me to choose - which will be beneficial for me ?
