Trending @Capgemini; Need Urgent Help - Change of base location
Hi All,
I’ve been with my current project for 2 years and will be on bench from September. I spoke with my N+1 about changing my base location to Pune, but was informed it’s possible only after allocation to a Pune-based project.
Is there any alternative process to change my base location sooner? So I can punchin from Pune location Capgemini office and can opt for projects from Pune location.

First start applying IJP portal jobs based in Pune. Clearly mention in the mail as to from when you are on bench and immediately available.
If they want you to work form Pune, then you will have to go to Pune. This is one way you can reach the Pune location
U can raise location change request with specifying genuine reasons like family health concerns etc.
