Need urgent Help

I resigned and my LWD is OCT 13 and when I sent revocation mail at 25 sept to continue to work in TCS, I got reply from HR on 26 the September metioned that my LWD was revised to September 27th and they are not accepting my revocation and please submit closure formalities.

But I didn't accepted and escalated to higher HR head team and they also talking as per the mangement. I sent complaint in Grievence thru ultimatix, after few mins they blocked my ultimatix and then outlook and teams everything one by one.

As per Employee rights we can even revoke on 90 th day of the notice period. But here how come they reduced my LWD without my prior information as they revised only after my revocation mail.

So Can I go legally ? Can TCS will reintiate or reconsider me? Please suggest?

As per policy update last year , there is no revocation or retention allowed in tcs now. This was communicated to us last year by my team lead when one of my teammate shared her resignation email to my lead.

not sure if retention is not allowed. I was retained in August with offer match. So were many people during the same period.

It’s TCS, welk relnowned for plitics your manager must have played some politics to get it shifted to earlier date. I’m nit sure if serving a legal notice will help. But, the same thing happened with me after the seniors tried to frame me for their own loopholes. I had some medical issues so had to retract my resignation they were not willing to do so, they literally asked me for my medical reports onky then accepted my retraction

It's a policy violation...

Nowadays TCS is not prioritising employees welfare...

Better to move out and collect all letters... Peacefully

Only option...

Collect evidence and File Case against TCS.

Retention has stopped revocation has not. My colleague had resigned last March, and had revoked her resignation.

The answer lies in what is your issue with the management. If you want to go legally you can always do, irrespective of what agreements you have signed. If you think injustice is happening you can always raise your voice.
