Trending @Capgemini; Need urgent help
I have received offer letter from Capgemini and the project was BFSI client called as SMBC bank.
Anyone from Capgemini working on that project.Kindly , please give ur inputs abt work pressure ?
It helps me to decide accordingly. Kindly , do the needful very urgent and has no buffer time.

Honest Opinion: Do not join Capgemini. Mediocrity is at its peak here, unethical, toxic, no leadership to rely on and bottom line I have resigned.

Can you share the situation? Were you decided to resign.

I was assigned to a project six months ago. There was no support for access unethical practices. Using git account of users who are no longer working for the project and out of Capgemini for over an year. 10+ employee use same user credentials to checkin their code and it was horrible nobody can identify who did what. No audit no security. And on top of it manager is literally technically dumb with manipulative and mentally retard. I reported the conditions and shared a plan of action made the alignment and started with a process. The managers above me 3 of them are so insecure that they planned to sabotage my US travel just 15 days before I had to fly for work. And now they make me work odd hour extend days and weekends in the name of the the US counterpart is out of office. And what am I? And rotten pig? The matter was taken with HR, VP, and Senior Directors as well. They didn't release me from the project expression dependency and fake hopes for moving me to the US in 2025. And while moving the same manager for training in London without anyone's notice and boom she does a video call from London to express that nobody can do anything with her she has connections. And that was it. It's corrupted organization who only wants you to work. Even on my sick leaves I was asked to login and help others. On the days I am at hospital I was asked to join thru phone teams to help juniors. And beyond that work on managers work and your own work and juniors to help. And at the end, the manager in London instigates the juniors negatively which they themselves revealed and leading me disappointed and questioning why do I have to deal with this? For the onsite opportunity? No the fear of not having better opportunities in hand. And then magically one day I get recommended by someone on tech community who are looking for a position and asked to interview. Which I did and cleared without any hopes. And I am getting paid 150% hike. Why should I stay in a toxic world?

What is yoe and tech stack?

No hike or less hike ?
Do you know abt SMBC ? Project
