Need Urgent Guidance 🙏🏻

Hello Everyone ,

I am experienced professional with around 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security . I am currently working with TCS from past 3 years and have offer from KPMG KGS in Cyber security domain for Assistant Manager role. Is it worth to leave TCS and join KPMG or should I stay back with TCS only, for couple of years?

KPMG is providing hike of around 31% only.

Better would be to negotiate somewhere else than joining KGS or may be negotiate at TCS only

Not sure about the hike that you will get after joining KGS It might be stagnant for approx 2 years
