Need Urgent Advice: Please help me choose a better option and auggest me which one to join.
- ADOBE (Through third-party payroll) - 15.5 LPA - Contract To Hire Role
- Tech Mahindra - 15.5 LPA
- EXL Services - Similar to Tech Mahindra offer HCL Tech - Offer is in pipeline (but will be similar to Tech Mahindra offer)
YOE - 4.5
CCTC - 6.5 LPA
Is it safe to join Adobe through third-party or should I go with other option. I have 2-3 weeks notice period left at my current organisation.
Currently my first preference is WLB > compensation.
