Trending @Infosys; Need urgent advice (recalled mail).

I got the rejection mail from TCS. The interview fine but short and easy. I answered 80% of questions.

I got rejection mail after an hour and i accepted may be the interview was not good enough. Then again I got one more notification -

"[HR] would like to recall the message". What should I consider this ? Can I have 1% hope that they might have make mistakes and they recalled the message and wanted to offer a role ?

Call the recruitment HR and confirm.
Was the email inadvertently sent. If yes , you are okay to consider TCS offer

As usual, I Called but they didn't receive and didn't reply to my mail when I aksed the reason behind this recall

In most of such cases, don’t act over enthusiastic.. that is definitely a chance for the HR to lowball.

Ohhh... So even if they proceed (which they will not) so they will try to hire in low package?
