I just got an offer to join Adobe as a Vendor on Third-Party Payroll. For those who have worked as contractors --- was it a good experience? Would you recommend it over going for an FTE role? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Note: The offer is almost ~100% hike on my Current salary. This will be my 1st switch. And in my 3 years I have worked as a FTE.
