Trending @Infosys; Need urgent advice for Date change for Joining
I got an offer from Capgemini with 45 days of joining date where I said already 90 days is my official I will try to reduce but not sure and on same day I resigned on offer release date
Will Capgemini change my joining date for 90 day period
It is very easy for HRs to change your joining date, they just want to try and see if you would join early upon giving pressure. Also it is difficult these days to get good lateral resources, so meanwhile they release an offer to you, it is also possible that another candidates they already gave offer changed their mind and chose a different company. So most probably they'll never lose you for the sake of notice period...Keep pushing both sides, to try and reduce your notice period to atleast 80 days ...also try and push your joining date in Capgemini...one of them would surely work.....Have faith!!
