Trending @Accenture; Need Urgent Advice

I’ve been at Accenture for 1 year 2 months. Trained in one skill, but got no project opportunities. Then I was cross-skilled into another tech stack, waited again, and finally got hard-locked into a project.

Now the project says no roles available, and they’ve started sending my profile out as a loan resource. But most interviewers want long-term availability, so they aren’t proceeding. At the same time, my current project won’t release me, so I’m stuck — neither deployed nor able to move.

Has anyone faced this?
