Trending @Wipro; Need to understand how to tackle my situation
I am currently B3, hoping to get promotion to C1 atleast this time after getting nominated thrice! My current is 21 lpa, hopefully after promotion it will be 24lpa. I have 9 years of varied industry experience of- PMO, Financial Analyst, Certified master from simplilearn Business Analyst in supply chain project and Order to cash cycle, Project Manager( working on PMP certification). But when i want to look outside for work, yes there are jobs but I am unable to understand what kind of jobs I need to apply for. I have got cross skilled in all these roles. As per the knowledge base i have, i rate myself to have atleast 32lpa. Any suggestions?
Just to add to my post, I have power BI, tableau certification from udemy and simplilearn and i can use powerapps as well. Created an application for one of my project for client. I am proficient in advanced excel as its required in FPNA role

I just got promoted from B3 to C1 in Q3-24.
9 years of Experience too. Expert in RTR and PTP cycles, PMO , Qualified accountant though.
Where are you getting PMP from ? Do you think it's worth it. I don't mind investing 30-35K for PMP in Q1 -2025.
