At CL 8 & 9 - considering your performance is good, got a good rapport with your manager and company is also doing well you'll get good VP ~ 16%> but if not then 8% is average.

Yeah, Accenture variable pay is based on performance. 27% variable pay is a lot. But, woh aapko at the end of the year milega. If you’re not okay with that, you can negotiate to increase the fixed pay. 90% chances ki they won’t agree, but aap try karo.

I don’t work in Accenture so can’t really say about Accenture variable pay. But, the company that I work for gives a variable pay of 15%. It is based on our performance mostly. I have been doing OTs for like two three months and that’s why at the end of the year I receive 15% as variable pay.

I have no idea about Accenture variable pay. But, the company I work in we get 20% variable pay. Based on performance we get variable pay, this includes incentives for overtime shifts and more.

I have been working at Accenture for a long time now and the Accenture variable pay is based mostly on performance. I get 20% as variable pay. But, I’m not really sure about the range for variable pay. I think it is 0-27%.
