Hi, I want to take release from a project because of the toxic environment in team and as I am working as a vendor the management always favor their perm's over me and they are giving me support kind of work and nothing to learn new on that it's not beneficial for me as well as my career. As a fresher I want sharpen my skills for my future endorsement. Can anyone help me in this context what should I do and what is the process for this?
