I need help in switching to Scrum Master Role. I am having 8 years of experience in Web Development. How can I switch, please help.. it’s urgent. I need a good hike as well.

Bro, just go for a Scrum Master certification like CSM or PSM. With ur experience in web dev, u'll easily transition. Also, highlight ur leadership skills in ur resume. Good luck! 🚀
