Need to switch from Morgan Stanley
Hi, I'm SDE 2 @M9rgan and I need some help in switching to a different company. There is some internal politics going on which is actually not enabling me to move upwards in the pecking order of my BU.
I'd gladly take suggestions.
My tech stack is:
Service Mesh(Istio) , Kubernetes, DevOps, Azure
I'm currently preparing for CKA but it is still down the order in priority right now.
I don't want to waste any more years burning in this mess.
Even Morgan Stanley has too much politics? I thought it's work culture is good
